We have a brand new and exciting role for an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and support the operations and continued success of our subsidiary companies.

**What Will You do?**
- Assist in the development and coordination of project plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure that project objectives, deliverables, and resources are well-defined and understood.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, meeting minutes, action items, and other relevant records. Ensure that documentation is organized and accessible to project stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and conferences, ensuring that agendas and materials are prepared in advance.
- Assist in identifying and assessing potential project risks and challenges. Collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation plans and implement necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
- Coordinate the allocation of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials. Monitor resource utilization and proactively address any resource constraints.
- Support the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that projects meet established standards and expectations. Assist in conducting project evaluations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Identify and address project-related issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to find solutions and escalate critical issues to management when necessary.
- Generate regular progress reports and status updates for project managers and stakeholders. Analyze project data to identify trends, patterns, and areas requiring attention.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**What You Bring**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Project Coordiantor role support electrical vehicle charging operations.
- Knowledge of digitial surveillance and electrical industry considered an asset.
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and hold a valid drivers licence.
- Ability to communicate on both a technical and non-technical level.
- Strong ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
