The **Business Development Manager’s **job is to grow a geographic territory of the US and to provide our customers best in class products, outstanding customer service and on time delivery.

**YOU ARE**:

- An active listener, with a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
- Goal oriented and motivated to succeed with a proven track record of successful customer acquisition.
- Able to adapt and develop solutions to client’s needs with clear and decisive communication.
- Entrepreneurially minded, driven, naturally curious and have a desire to learn.
- Highly comfortable networking and building valuable relationships and partnerships with new and existing customers in this growing and disruptive industry.
- Excited to coordinate and partner with company executives and marketing to review current market trends in order to support or propose new business ideas that can improve revenue margins.
- Adept at leveraging your superior communication skills to develop strong relationships both internally and externally.

**WE WANT TO MEET YOU**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
1. 5 years of direct sales. Experience in the F & B or CPG industry considered an asset.

2. Superior lead generation capabilities.

3. Skilled at both technical and business presentations.

4. Strong negotiation skills.

5. Ability to travel extensively. (25-35% of your time)

6. Valid travel and medical documentation for travel in the US and EU, now and in the future.

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
