Quotations & Customer Relations Specialist

**About Us**
Canadian Countertops is a leading provider of high-quality countertops, offering exceptional customer service and a vast selection of materials. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Create and Send Quotes**: Accurately prepare and send cost estimates based on client requirements and project details.
- **Review Materials and Inventory**: Ensure that all necessary materials are available and track inventory levels to avoid delays.
- **Client Interaction**: Meet with clients in our showroom to review countertop options, guiding them through the selection process to find the perfect fit for their needs.
- **Coordinate Job Schedules**: Work closely with the operations manager to coordinate job schedules and ensure smooth project execution.
- **Review Construction Drawings**: Interpret construction drawings and specifications to provide accurate quotes and recommendations.

**Qualifications**

**Must Have**:

- Ability to read, interpret and complete takeoffs from construction drawings.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

**Nice to Have**
- Knowledge of countertops and materials.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other drafting software.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
