Truspace is looking for an experienced National Business Development Executive to join our growing team. Do you love getting results, connecting with executives and decision-makers, and brokering deals? The National Business Development Executive's main responsibility is to build relationships with the real estate industry to find opportunities to renovate and/or build out tenant spaces within the Greater Toronto Area.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly broker meetings
- Host weekly and monthly client intro meetings
- Build relationships with individuals in the real estate industry
- Conduct many intro calls to discover new prospects

Required Experience:

- High School Diploma (minimum), additional training and education is an asset
- 3+ years in sales
- 5+ years of working in a professional services firm
- Firm grasp of construction and commercial tenant improvements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with an ability to quickly learn new software
- Experience in the furniture or design industry is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail orientated
- Must have a valid Canadian driver's license
- Must speak and write fluent English
- Must be able to travel throughout the GTA area
