Leaseweb est à la recherche d'un administrateur de récouvrement basé à Montréal. La mission du service est de recouvrer les factures de vente impayées. Nous sommes le point de contact pour les clients en ce qui concerne les données financières telles que les questions concernant les factures et les paiements.

**Description et responsabilités**:
Vos principales tâches consisteront à recouvrer les factures de vente en souffrance et à convenir de plans de paiement avec les clients. Vous assurerez le suivi des accords, préparerez des rapports, traiterez les relevés bancaires quotidiens et répondrez aux questions des clients par courrier électronique et par téléphone. En outre, vous devrez:

- Contacter de manière proactive les clients ayant des soldes en souffrance et assurer le paiement des factures en cours
- Envoi de lettres/mails concernant les factures en souffrance, les plans de paiement, etc.
- Créer et suivre des rapports sur les comptes débiteurs
- Consulter notre équipe de vente sur le comportement de paiement de leur portefeuille de clients.
- Traiter les cas qui ont été transférés à des agences de recouvrement
- Traiter les relevés bancaires quotidiens dans SAP
- Contrôler les paiements des nouvelles commandes

**Votre profil**
- Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et disposez de bonnes aptitudes sociales et de communication.
- Vous êtes proactif et vous avez une mentalité pratique
- Orienté(e) client
- Méthode de travail précise et structurée
- Affinité avec la technologie

**Exigences**
- Idéalement, vous avez environ 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire
- Formation de niveau intermédiaire obtenue par l'éducation formelle ou l'expérience
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l'anglais. L'espagnol est un atout
- Connaissance et expérience des processus administratifs et comptables
- Bonne connaissance de Windows et de MS Office

Leaseweb is looking for a Accounts Receivable Administrator based in Montreal. The mission of the Accounts Receivable department is to collect outstanding sales invoices. We are the point of contact for customers concerning financial data such as queries regarding invoices and payments.

**Description and responsibilities**:

- Proactively contact customers with overdue balances and ensure payment of open invoices
- Sending letters / mails regarding outstanding invoices, payment plans etc.
- Create and monitor Accounts Receivable reports
- Consult with our sales team about the payment behavior of their client portfolio
- Handle cases that were transferred to collection agencies
- Process the daily bank statements in SAP
- Check new order payments

**Your Profile**
- You are a team player with good social and communication skills
- Proactive and hands-on mentality
- Customer oriented
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Affinity with the IT landscape

**Requirements**:

- Ideally, you have around 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Middle-level education obtained through formal education or experience
- You are fluent in French and in English. Spanish is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience with administrative / accounting processes
- Good knowledge of Windows and MS Office
- Experience with accounting software, SAP is an advantage
