Customer Service/administrative Assistant

Perfect Fit is a boutique located in the Waterfront District in Thunder Bay.
In our boutique you will find stunning lingerie, swim and fashion in inclusive sizing.
We specialize in professional bra fittings and carry beautiful European bras from A to M cup as well as post surgical bras and nursing bras.
Job Overview:
**Duties**:
- Provide outstanding customer service at the front line
- Submit purchase orders to established Vendors
- Provide information about products and services
- Process sales, orders, returns, and exchanges and provide follow up with clients when needed.
- Receive, price and ticket merchandise through data entry into our POS system
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain customer records and update information in the database
- Assist owner with buying
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required
- Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft office suite and data entry is required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures
- Ability to file and maintain records effectively and accurately.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken, written and comprehension is required
- French language skills would be an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
