**Organizational Change Lead**

- We are a fast-growing organization, currently seeking an Intermediate Organizational Change Lead with Business Analysis experience to join our consulting firm._
**_The Opportunity_**:
- This is a full-time, non-remote, in-person position based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada._
**_Responsibilities_**
**_Change Assessment:_**
- _ Collect and analyze key change details to define parameters of changes, impact of change, and purpose of change_
- _ Engage with appropriate client management stakeholders to capture and articulate change vision connected to strategic business objectives_
- _ Capture and analyze client organizational hierarchy and stakeholders to develop understanding of impacted groups across the organization_
- _ Assess organizational attributes and culture to determine readiness for change and identify high-level adoption risks_
**_ Change Planning:_**
- _ Develop overall change management strategy using inputs from assessment phase to generate an approach to delivering change across the client organization_
- _ Work closely with client senior management to coach and cultivate broad coalition of support within their organizational network to champion and promote change both horizontally and vertically_
- _ Create and socialize communication plans with key stakeholders with the goal of establishing and maximizing stakeholder awareness of changes amongst all stakeholder groups_
- _ Evaluate end user learning needs to develop training plan geared towards facilitating acquisition of essential skills and knowledge to operate in the future state_
- _ Define, develop, and socialize success criteria and adoption metrics to inform progress of change management efforts_
- _ Develop sponsorship management plan to maximize visibility, presence, and influence of key sponsors _
**Change Execution & Monitoring**:
- _ Develop and delivery end user training sessions to facilitate adoption of requisite knowledge and skills to operate in the future state_
- _ Develop, deploy, and manage communications to influence awareness and engagement of stakeholders_
- _ Evaluate, monitor, and manage stakeholder resistance to mitigate impact of adoption barriers**Sustainability**:
- _ Review and action change performance metrics to maximize end user adoption _
- _Collaborate with client team to transition duties from project to operations_
- _ Plan and dispense rewards and recognition to incentivize continued adoption of future state_
**Qualifications**
- College/university graduate or equivalent combination of technical skills and experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex change initiatives
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be willing to travel to client sites as required
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required
- This role is a full-time, non-remote position based in Toronto Ontario.
