Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process biweekly payroll
- Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
- Support training development initiatives for employees
- Handle HR sourcing activities to attract top talent
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar platforms
- Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the recruiting process
- Familiarity HR software is a plus

**Experience**:

- Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
