We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Wireframe Solutions.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week in a hybrid work environment.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budgets, developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations.

You will also research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales, manage contracts, and coordinate employee performance and appraisal programs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

A background in human resources is essential, with experience in recruitment, talent management, and benefits administration an asset.

The successful candidate will be able to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
