Peu importe son poste ou son ancienneté dans une propriété donnée, chacun ramasse les ordures. Certaines activités afférentes à ce poste peuvent être photographiées ou enregistrées en vidéo et en audio à des fins de contrôle de la qualité et/ou de formation. Le respect de la politique d'enregistrement photo, vidéo et audio est une condition d'emploi.
- We are seeking driven students with entrepreneurial spirits looking to begin their career today. Our Community Assistants are the primary facilitator in providing our prospective residents and parents, and our current residents and parents with a dynamic and enhanced leasing and living experience. This position heavily emphasizes excellent customer service and a dedication to Canadian Campus basic operating standards and procedures.The core of Canadian Campus culture involves everyone being fully invested in everything that we do down to picking up the smallest piece of trash. No matter their position or duration at any given property, everyone picks up trash.Certain activities involved in this position may be photographed and/or video and audio recorded for quality control and/or training purposes. Education & Expectations

**Education/Experience**:

- Graduate, Bachelor's, or Associates degree or diploma in progress from an accredited college or university.
- Maintain a minimum GPA and class load as determined by the property management guidelines.

**Scheduling**:

- Available to work regularly assigned office and on-call shifts - weekdays and weekends based on academic schedule availability.
- Periodically work events that may occur in the evenings and/or on weekends.
