**Administrator/Dispatch Coordinator**
Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. is recognized as a provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, and Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery. Our facilities in Regina & Saskatoon coordinate all the courier work in Saskatchewan.
We are seeking an Administrator/Dispatch Coordinator to perform various tasks based in our office located at 3927 Brodsky Ave, Saskatoon, SK. Attention to detail, accurate and timely data entry, ability to learn customized software programs, and ability to self-audit work and make corrections prior to completion are imperative.
This is a term position lasting until April 2025; the shift runs Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily with a 30-minute lunch.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal/external clients.
- Dispatch drivers for same-day courier deliveries.
- Communicate with drivers regarding the status of their deliveries.
- Resolve issues regarding delivery, pick up, or transfer requests, & escalate to management as necessary
- Preparing invoices and billing clients.
- Scanning and filing paperwork.
- Assist UPS administrator during peak season.
- Support other teams as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Superior attention to detail.
- Prioritize daily tasks, including routine and non-routine phone calls and requests.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Varied computer experience, include the use of Tracking Software, GPS, Online Maps, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong English communication skills - both written and oral.
- Previous experience working within the transportation/courier industry an asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
