**Responsibilities**:As our Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the team's success. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Social Media Management**: Contribute to our online presence by scheduling posts and engaging with our audience on social media platforms.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and events to ensure smooth operations.
- **CRM Updates**: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to keep information current.
- **Document Preparation**: Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and update information in various databases and systems.
- **Other Administrative Tasks**: Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous administrative or marketing experience is a plus.
