Administrative Assistant

**Job description**
This position has been created to fill a need for a strong administrative person to perform the reception duties and administrative assistant tasks.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative Assistant duties including but not limited to: Entering calendar appointments/meetings billing, copying, scanning, printing, typing/word processing and filing duties as assigned.
- Work may include: researching/organization/booking of flights, accommodation and rental cars
- Planning, coordinating and managing of events including but not limited to: Organizing appropriate guest lists, invitations, informing staff required, contacting vendors for rental equipment, catering, supplies, etc.
- Working directly with the Production Manager to organize repair orders and document the progress of work and all paperwork
- Picking parts and building kits (Collection of parts)
- Pick & Pack parts/materials upon request. Perform day-to-day receiving and restocking of inventory and processing outgoing shipments.
- Track and trace inbound and outbound shipments to various locations, vendors/suppliers, customers, and update system accordingly.
- Issue shipping instructions and provide routing instructions for finished goods and raw materials (International Shipments).

- You are tech-savvy and proficient at using Microsoft Office programs specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. Able to learn our ERP software at the heart of the business. You are able to type fast and accurately.
- You have at least graduated high school and better yet you have formal administrative training or completed relevant courses from a recognized/accredited training provider.
- You have no issues sometimes wearing a few hats and understand the bigger picture. You see every day as an opportunity to overcome challenges that present themselves.
- You are dependable and able to work on your own and as a part of a team.
- You are proud of your work and take responsibility for it.
- You have an optimistic disposition towards life and work.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
