SCOPE OF POSITION

To provide sales initiatives and support in the defined areas. Serves as a member of the team in setting the strategic direction of the company to ensure profitability and growth. To provide a plan for the growth of sales and profits of the company and to have input into what market areas are to be targeted. Plans and directs all activities of sales and customer care, develops and evaluates sales programs, and pricing policies, develops policies, programs and objectives for sales and marketing, recommends changes in marketing philosophy and policy to meet changing market and competitive conditions

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Prepares feasible, accurate and timely quotations for sustaining and new customers build to print projects as well as new design projects and existing standard products.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers.
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
- Monitors orders once received to ensure that they stay on track and meet delivery dates.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments, as well as internal gap areas.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Forecasts revenue on a regular basis by reviewing marketing information, sales patterns, expected growth, established targets, and other data so as to provide financial planning information.
- Forecasts material needs for purchasing and operations to plan as well as secure premium pricing for material needed.
- Carries out sales activities at accounts through personal contact, including negotiating price and other conditions of sale to enhance retention and maximization of major account revenue potential.
- Provides all information needed for the operations team including purchasing, receiving, materials management, order planning & scheduling,assembly, quality assurance, and packing & shipping functions to ensure on time delivery of acceptable product.
- _Contribute to department and company improvement projects as required._
- _Comply with Eberspaecher Vecture Inc’s., health & safety, recycling, sustainability efforts and quality assurance policies and standards. Report any issues not in compliance to supervisor or department manager._
- _Conduct and promote work in a safe and responsible manner and report any safety concerns immediately to the supervisor, department manager or a member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC). Wear appropriate PPE and operate electric or manual material handling equipment in a safe manner in accordance with standards and procedures._
- _Participate in company-sponsored training relating to safety and quality, and any other mandated education and training._
- _Maintain work area and physical plant in a neat, clean and orderly condition._

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

**1.** **QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- 5 years (minimum) business experience in contract manufacture of PCB assemblies, battery manufacturing, or automotive elctronics and assemblies.

**2.** **EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION**
- Degree in business or electrical engingeering, science, or equivalent.

**3.** **WORK ENVIONRMENT**
- Office / Manufacturing

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
