**About This Opportunity**

You will report directly to the President. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for a key book of business and customers. You will become an industry expert, conducting face-2-face and also phone performance growth meetings, new business generation and business reviews and you are committed to establishing long-term business relationships and partnerships. You aim to boost performance, continuously optimize partners and avoid churn, while acting as a brand ambassador.

By understanding the partner’s needs & wishes, you are aiming to offer improvements, tools, advice and insights. You can improve partner & customer experience, increase revenue, activate available tools that boost performance and improve last-mile visibility & top of mind awareness.

**In this role, your focus also includes the following**:

- Take control and responsibility for the Accounting department. Define a clear strategy (within the company guidelines) and achieve the most amazing results while working with President and Regional Manager
- You will look after our partners and ensure that a mutually profitable and efficient business relationship is established
- By working closely with our partners, you build a solid relationship and increase their satisfaction
- You define a commercial proposal for clients, to create a strong and sustainable partnership with them
- You conduct business analysis for clients and monitor them, to offer unique growth consultancy
- You identify & enable innovative opportunities & solutions to create added value for our clients
- You convince our clients to adopt our various tools & services
- You work on exciting projects,e.g. in cooperation with other teams

- Professional experience in account management, with a track record in convincing clients/ partners to follow your advice & recommendations
- Your strong commercial & communication skills make you a reliable and valuable advisor for our partner
- Relentless, results-oriented, someone that wants to go the extra mile
- Willing to be in the field (Valid Driver's License) to visit other divisions.
- Self-motivated with a hardworking and proactive approach
- Show a high flexibility
- Ability to work independently and have good organizational skills
- Feeling at ease in a fast-paced environment
- You are independent, but you are also a very strong team player

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
