Role Overview:
FLiiP is looking for a motivated and results-oriented B2B Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a B2B Account Executive, you will be an integral part of our sales organization, working closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and collaborating with the entire sales team to drive revenue growth. You will report directly to the Director of Sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with, follow-up with, work, and nurture all qualified opportunities created for you by the SDRs to drive them through the sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with the SDRs to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads, providing valuable feedback and insights to optimize lead quality.
- Generate your own sales qualified opportunities to supplement your pipeline through effective prospecting techniques and networking within the target market.
- Work alongside the entire sales team, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to maximize team performance and drive collective success.
- Utilize the Hubspot CRM to track and manage your leads, activities, and deals, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective pipeline management.
- Leverage the Kixie power dialer to efficiently manage and optimize your calling efforts, enabling you to reach out to prospects in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, performance reviews, and receive support from your manager to continuously improve your skills and exceed targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and FLiiP's product offerings, allowing you to effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects and address their specific needs.
- Attend some industry events and tradeshows throughout the year to generate leads and sales.

**Requirements**:

- Some sales experience, preferably in B2B technology, demonstrating a track record of success and growth in previous roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage prospects, build rapport, and articulate FLiiP's value proposition effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and foster a positive team culture.
- Punctuality and commitment to meeting deadlines and targets, with exceptional time management skills.
- Self-driven, self-sufficient, and self-directed, taking ownership of your learning and professional growth to continuously improve performance.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume prospecting environment, leveraging setbacks as opportunities for growth.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with Hubspot CRM or similar sales management tools
- Experience working with startups or early-stage companies, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach
- Previous prospecting experience, showcasing your ability to identify and engage with potential customers effectively
