Our dedicated staff deliver services, operate facilities and run the programs that enhance the well-being of our community.

Reporting to the Aquatic Program Coordinators, this position provides leadership to aquatic staff and assists with administration duties and program planning and delivery, and is responsible for:

- supervising, developing, and mentoring aquatic staff;
- assisting with organizing and facilitating staff training;
- assisting with developing, organizing, and coordinating programs and special events;
- supervising lessons and coordinating birthday party/slide attendant schedules;
- providing administrative assistance and handling customer service inquiries; and,
- assuming responsibility for facility operations as required.

Required current Licenses and Certificates include:

- Lifesaving Society Swim for Life Instructor;
- National Lifeguard - Pool Certificate; and,
- Standard First Aid with CPR-C and AED (or equivalent).- Position Status:

- WVMEA (Union) - Permanent Part-Time- Hours of Work:

- 30 hours per week (hours and days of work will vary based upon operational requirements)- Rate of Pay:

- $30.29 per hour
This position has a pay structure with five steps which increase annually.
