Job Summary:
Children’s Education Funds Inc. is a leading provider of Registered Education Savings Plans in Canada. As a Plan Administration Representative, you support the Plan Administration team by performing a variety of RESP processes.

Job Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of our RESP products;
- Perform updates to plans in accordance with company policies and procedures and standards set by Canada Revenue Agency and Employment and Social Development Canada;
- Data-entry of information;
- Payment processing;
- Prepare and send communication with Plan Subscribers; and
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- College or University degree or diploma;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (minimum 60 words per minute);
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment;
- Dependable and punctual; and
- Detail-oriented team player.
