**Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work with the leaders to form an efficient and effective team and provide superior administrative support so they can be truly effective;
- Calendar management with a focus on scheduling preferences and resolving conflicts with constant change, while keeping the leaders and others informed of last-minute schedule changes as required;
- Travel arrangements including conference registration, booking flights and hotel accommodations;
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks such as preparing reports, update documentation binders;
- presentations, taking notes, organizing and arranging deliveries, as well as occasional personal tasks;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the executives and their respective areas;
- Perform data entry including into internal & external software programs;
- Taking minutes as required;
- Stay adaptable and flexible to the changing needs of the team, ensure high levels of confidentiality are demonstrated;
- Coordinates and/or assists with team meetings (staff meetings, team gatherings, etc.) Will assist with event planning for the team;
- Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the team.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Minimum 2 years professional office experience or personal assistant experience;
- Previous experience in Finance or Legal sector will be considered an asset;
- Strong time management with good organizational skills;
- High degree of attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy;
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and show initiative;
- Strong written and oral communication;
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is required;
- Satisfactory police record clearance;
- Passion for learning.
