We are seeking a full-time Technical Team Lead to join our team You will be tasked with resolving customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. You will also be responsible for refurbishing computers and servers to meet customer needs. We are a growing eCommerce business specialized in providing leading-edge server and computer components to small and midsize businesses worldwide.

**This opportunity will be a full time in-person position**

Pay Range: $20.00-$22.00/ hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Refurbish computers and servers to meet customer requirements
- Present, post, and sell company products and services to new and existing customers on online marketplaces
- Accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition of new customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets monthly
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Ensure customers have a positive experience by providing a key point of customer contact
- Continually grow your knowledge of company and competitive products in order to better assess and serve our customer's needs.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required including attendance to all scheduled sales meetings and/or training.
- Packaging equipment for shipment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous leadership experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- College or University education (Preferably in Computer Technology, Marketing, Engineering or Business)
- Bilingual (French speaking) an asset
- Knowledge of troubleshooting computers, software updates and refurbishment
- Minimum 1 year experience with refurbishing and troubleshooting computers
- Ability to build rapport with clients and is detail-oriented when completing tasks
- Ability to multi-task and use time management skills to meet deadlines and courier pick up times.
- Experience using System prep configuration
- CompTIA A+ knowledge and refurbishing Apple MacBooks is considered an asset

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- troubleshooting and refurbishing computers: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- French (preferred)
