IT Support Analyst

**Position Overview**:
We are searching for an IT Support Analyst to become an integral part of our team. The role will be responsible for delivering technical support, adept troubleshooting and exceptional customer service for both our Head Office and store operations, including support of our IT infrastructure, POS systems and network systems.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide technical support and assistance to Head Office staff and Store Operations, addressing IT-related issues, including hardware and software components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve POS-related issues, Windows systems both remotely and on-site.
- Train and support end-users in utilizing POS systems and Windows computers effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system configurations.
- Perform regular system updates and ensure data security.
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of new retail technology systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest POS and retail technology trends and industry developments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our employees and clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our IT solutions.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other employees to ensure seamless integration and operation of IT systems and POS.
- Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees on IT-related matters.
- Implement system updates and ensure data security protocols are followed.
- Participation in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in system support, retail-specific support (experience with Quick-Service Restaurants is an asset), and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of IoT/POS hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving IT and retail technologies.
