**Les outils Diablo (Freud Canada inc.) **sont à la recherche d’une **personne extravertie, très motivée et motivante,** qui a le feu sacré de la concurrence et 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente pour servir de responsable commercial. Une connaissance de base des produits de construction et des outils électroportatifs est nécessaire, mais nous offrons une formation pratique supérieure à nos recrues, quelle que soit leur expérience antérieure. Nous offrons à notre personnel un formidable parcours de carrière dans le domaine des ventes et du marketing axé sur la croissance.

La responsabilité principale est d’obtenir une part de marché de 100 % dans vos catégories, canaux et marchés et de mettre en œuvre des approches stratégiques pour atteindre les objectifs de vente mensuels, trimestriels et annuels.
- Développer efficacement des programmes et des stratégies de vente pour les revendeurs clés du territoire assigné afin de convertir, de promouvoir et de consolider les catégories clés en faveur des outils Diablo. Planifier la croissance mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle tout en respectant le budget de voyage et de représentation.
- Les responsabilités administratives comprennent la planification, la passation de commandes, l’élaboration de présentations, les suggestions de commandes et les autres tâches administratives qui contribuent à une approche collaborative pour accroître les parts de marché et le volume des ventes du territoire.
- Construire un territoire durable pour atteindre les objectifs et les mesures définis par votre gestionnaire.
- Déplacements de plus de 24 heures, jusqu’à **10 jours par mois,** pour rencontrer les clients et développer le territoire (selon l’affectation)

**CHANGING THE MARKET FOREVER**

Primary responsibility is to gain 100% market share within your categories, channels and markets and to implement strategic approaches to deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly sales numbers.
- Effectively develop programs and sales strategies for Key dealers within assigned territory with the purpose to convert, promote and consolidate key categories to Diablo Tools. Plan for monthly, quarterly and yearly growth while staying within T&E Budget
- Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, placing orders, developing presentations, suggested orders, and other administrative duties that contributes to a collaborative approach to growing the territory’s market share and sales volume.
- Build sustainable territory to achieve assigned goals and metrics outlined by your manager
- Overnight Travel up to **10 Days/month** to meet Customers & Develop Territory (as assigned)

**Qualifications**:

- Baccalauréat en commerce/marketing ou dans un domaine connexe requis ou 5 ans d’expérience équivalente.
- Communication efficace avec le personnel de l’entreprise, l’organisation des ventes et les clients.
- Connaissance de base des produits ainsi que des outils et des accessoires électroportatifs.
- Compréhension de base des stratégies, des processus et des approches de vente.
- Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Skype, etc.).
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing or related field required or have 5 years of commensurate experience.
- Proven effective communication with corporate staff, sales organization & customers.
- Basic Product Knowledge, power tools and accessories.
- Basic understanding of sales strategies, processes and approaches.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Skype, etc).
