**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop Marketing Strategies**:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target markets.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation.
**2. Content Creation**:
- Write and edit content such as articles, case studies, press releases, and newsletters to showcase company expertise, projects, and successes.
**3. Digital Marketing**:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media advertising, to drive website traffic and generate leads.
- Monitor and analyze website analytics, social media metrics, and campaign performance to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
**4. Social Media Management**:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create and curate relevant, high-quality content for social media channels, including visuals, videos, and interactive posts.
**5. Brand Management**:
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and communications, adhering to brand guidelines and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
**6. Event Coordination**:
- Plan, coordinate, and promote company events, trade shows, and community initiatives to foster brand recognition and customer engagement.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; additional certifications or coursework in Digital Marketing is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content for various platforms and audiences.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices, PPC advertising, and social media advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
