**ROLE PROFILE**:
**SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Post-secondary education in office administration or business
- Demonstrated ability in scribing and formatting executive meeting minutes
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely and logically both verbally and in writing with employees, and top-level executives
- Ability to understand and analyze financial reports, budgets and variances
- A team player with the ability to develop strong cooperative relationships with employees, clients, customers and the Board of Directors
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and adapts quickly to change
- Exceptional skills in MS Office and MS Outlook with a focus on MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent organization, prioritization, planning and decision making skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Proven experience working in a team environment and
- High level commitment to excellence and ability to perform to the highest standards. Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
- Adaptable to change and ability to handle multiple and conflicting priorities
- Knowledge of the air airline industry; commercial real estate industry; commercial development; and customer service management principles and systems is an asset
