**QUALIFICATIONS AND OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong experience working with MS Excel; WORD; OUTLOOK and other Word Processing programs

- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
- College-level diploma in business or a similar type of field experience
- Some bookkeeping or similar experience is an asset but not required

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible to take estimates and create job dockets within our job costing system
- Enter information into the JONAS billing system at the inception of each job
- Enter purchase orders into the Jonas System
- Tracking of equipment and truck leases
- Journal entry preparation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Administration support for project managers by creating purchase orders, filing, follow-up on outstanding issues
- Manage all aspects of the utilized time and attendance system
- Maintain employee records within our internal program
- Review payable hours, bonuses, tax withholdings, and deductions
