**Your role**

The Digital Operations Manager is
**responsible for the stability and availability of all of our Digital platforms, **(including the management of our partners and vendors), to ensure the best digital experiences. They are responsible for
**managing processes, improving performance, inventory, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.**

In this role, you are responsible for and will supervise the Ad Operations group.

You work in collaboration with the different stakeholders to facilitate relationships and improve operational efficiency. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to implement new technologies and ensure the most optimal processes are in place.

**Key tasks**:

- Establish inventory policies and procedures and adjust inventory based on trends, seasonal changes, spikes, etc.
- Responsible for inventory quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage meetings to communicate and transfer all the information from all aspects of our sector and beyond (Inventory, operations, new initiatives, guidelines, policies etc.).
- Develop business processes to support sales strategies for new ad formats.
- Work with the different teams to resolve inventory management concerns.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with other departments involved in the sales and trafficking process.
- Work with the development and tech teams to develop automation tools to minimize repetitive processes and optimize workflows and employee productivity.
- Work with the different teams to optimize inventory and maximize our revenue, particularly when we are sold-out in video.
- Provide solutions, advice and guidance to internal departments regarding marketing projects, ad format practices, procedures and deadlines to ensure revenue is maximized and retained.
- Responsible for the analysis of workflows and business processes to identify potential impacts on operating practices within the department.
- Review processes and procedures to keep abreast with industry trends and requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify performance indicators with the Ad Ops team lead and ensuring that objectives are met.
- Work with the Ad Ops team lead to create specific programs for professional and personal development.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, coaching and motivation to the Ad Ops team.
- Control the integration of new products.
- Review the documentation that allows proper integration of new products.
- Contribute to technical implementation decision.
- Collaborate with the stakeholders to provide scalable improvement to the digital ad operations infrastructure.
- Find custom initiatives to identify and seize opportunities to improve existing platforms, tools, processes and technologies that have an impact on our ads.
- Responsible for the execution of our tentpole events such as The Olympics, The Junos, The Bye Bye etc.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma with an emphasis on business or marketing and/or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years relevant digital experience, with a good knowledge and understanding of operations, along with tech, marketing and sales.
- Management/team-leading experience is a must.
- Strong communication skills.

- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making.
