**Job Description**:
- So, what will your new role look like?_
As the Manager, Digital Experience for Workleap, you will oversee the design, development and optimization of web experiences that deliver measurable results. You’ll also collaborate closely with Brand, Product and Marketing teams to develop various marketing strategies, solutions and experiences via websites, web apps, landing pages, conversion funnels optimizations, etc.
You will:
- Lead and develop a team of digital experts.
- Prioritize needs and objectives over time and ensure the team members allocate their time and energy to priorities aligned with the vision and strategy.
- Track key metrics and present KPIs to the management team.
- Establish, monitor, and adjust the team's budget.
- Contribute to improving the team's collaboration, organization, and work methods.
- Identify, prioritize, and implement value-driven digital initiatives by leveraging cross-team collaboration.
- Oversee the development of optimal user flows to ensure audience-appropriate solutions and seamless, conversion-driven experience of the websites.
- Contribute to the customer experience by developing and operating a digital experience strategy.
- Establish test procedures for different areas of Workleap’s websites or other marketing digital properties for ease of use and effectiveness.
- Enable customer-centric solutions by serving as a customer advocate and employing tools such as buyer personas, user flows, and feedback loops.
- Conduct UX/UI studies and A/B tests to identify ways to improve Workleap’s digital experiences.
- Monitor and analyze key competitors' websites to recommend optimization that will uniquely position Workleap as the best-in-class solution in the industry.
- Manage diverse requirements and needs from various stakeholders, adeptly navigating interactions with Directors, VPs, and the Executive team.
**What does your future team look like?**
You’ll lead a team of three web designers and three developers.
You’ll also Work closely with the Product Marketing, Content Marketing and Brand teams to ensure alignment on the brand’s key messages, business goals, and overall experience.

- Enhancing personalization and customization of digital experiences.
- Integrating the acquired products into the existing digital experience portfolio as Workleap grows.
- Driving continuous improvement of digital experiences through data-driven insights.

Expertise with the following digital tools/concepts:
- UX/UI
- Web Design
- Web Development
- SEO
- CMS (Wordpress)
- Analytics tools (i.e.: Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
- Project Management tool (i.e.: Asana)
- Other tools (Confluence, Figma, Miro, etc.)
