This role serves as an entry point with potential for advancement into positions like Onboarding Specialist or Recruitment Specialist.

**Full Job Description**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**
- Actively contribute to a healthy, supportive, and flexible team environment
- Provide daily administrative support to the leadership team
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes when required
- Tracking of office supply inventory and re-ordering when required
- Assisting shop foreman with creating bill of ladings, packing lists, pictures, etc. for shipment
- Receiving shop bill of ladings from shop foreman, scanning, and sending to AR for billing
- Document control - filing of all shop safety docs, toolbox meetings, etc.
- Time entry of shop timesheets into AIMSIO software
- Maintain contact lists for internal teams and external partners
- Formatting of reports and documents
- Make travel arrangements
- Document expenses and submit reports
- Data entry, scanning and filing of documents
- Maintain confidentiality
- To fulfill other responsibilities as assigned

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma
- **Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word & Excel
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Self starter personality
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and optimize workflow
- High Attention to Detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**JOB DETAILS**:

- Full Time: 40 hours per week
- Compensation: $21-25/hour based on experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm
- Benefits: dental, extended health, disability/life insurance, and vision care after 3 months
- Expected Start Date: ASAP
