Devon Properties has an exciting opportunity for an experienced **Receptionist **to join our growing company. Devon has a well-earned reputation for being BC’s premier property management and real estate services firm.

Do you have at least 1-year of experience in a similar role that involves handling the main switchboard, greeting clients and customers, and performing a variety of administrative tasks? - Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or related discipline preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including listening, writing, and verbal communication.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role (experience in the property management or real estate industry an asset).
- Strong administrative skills including the development and management of office administrative systems and procedures, records management and correspondence tracking.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism, and an energetic, responsive team player with initiative and the desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
