We are seeking a **HCM Data Administrator (12 Month Term)** to join our team in **Winnipeg, MB.**
As a key member of People Corporation’s Human Resources department, this role will provide support on HCM Data Administration to support key HR processes in Workday. The individual in this role has exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills and will confidently manage data administration and general Workday related inquiries to support the user community.
**The HCM Data Administrator will**:
**HCM (Workday) Data Administration**
- Complete data and transaction processing and management of transactions in Workday where Manager and Employee Self-Service is not available.
- Enter data and complete transactions within defined period.
- Maintain data quality and resolves data entry issues as required.
- Maintain confidential and private employee and company information, including employee data.
**Inquiry Management**
- Support the People Services team with inquiries from Workday user community, direct users to Job Aids and Micro Videos as required.
- Triage questions based on the defined escalation process within the HR team and enter Workday ERP triaged questions into search engine.
**Onboarding/Data Administration**
- Track and save all new hire and employee change forms. Maintain and update data within our New Employee Tracker in an accurate and timely fashion to ensure uninterrupted workflow between multiple teams.
- Maintain the People Services team’s shared files and resources including documenting newly established or updated processes and approaches.
**T**o be successful **as a** HCM Data Administrator** with People Corporation, you will need**:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources required; CPHR Candidacy considered an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is essential.
- Experience with transaction processing and data management.
- To be detail-oriented to ensure completeness and quality of information entered in Workday.
- Exposure to HR digital solutions and knowledge of HR transactional processes.
- Excellent computer skills with experience in MS Office and cloud-based HR system (preferably Workday).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- French fluency considered an asset.
