**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The Property Administrator will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks related to condo management and ensuring efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain property records, including leases, contracts, and insurance documents
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
- Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with service providers
- Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to properties

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in office administration, condo management, or related field
- Strong negotiation skills to handle contracts effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette and customer service practices
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to maintain organized files and documentation systems
- Sales experience is a plus
- Exceptional customer service skills
