.Responsibilities:

- Perform general clerical duties, such as sales, billing, costing and other accounting tasks.
- Data entry and maintaining electronic filing systems.
- Provide administrative support to office staff as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends (if necessary).

**Skills**:

- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines as well as multitasking.
- Be comfortable working with computer software, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Effective communication skills in French and English, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience as an office clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual.
- Resourceful.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
