**OPPORTUNITY**

The **Customer Care Coordinator** will provide excellent customer service to new Home Buyers to ensure smooth transition from point of sale to delivery of their new home. The **Customer Care Coordinator** will assist the Director, Customer Experience to ensure the delivery of homes are in-line with the company standards and Tarion guidelines.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

As the **Customer Care Coordinator**, you will assist with all projects across the GTA by supporting Customer Care operations to ensure suite and site conditions are met and ready for the various stages of building completion including Pre-Delivery Inspections and homeowner move-ins. In addition, the Customer Care Coordinator will assist with post occupancy operations including the coordination of warrantable deficiency rectification for both in-suite and common elements.

The specific duties of the **Customer Care Coordinator** shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Maintain and distribute weekly PPDI and PDI schedules to site team and third party contractor;
- Conducting Pre
- Pre-Delivery Inspections and preparing deficiency lists for correction by the construction team;
- Schedule/confirm Pre-Delivery Inspections with homeowners and provide all relevant literature in advance of the inspection;
- Ensure suite is ready for Pre-Delivery Inspections with homeowner by conducting daily suite walks and communicating any concerns to the appropriate team members will in advance of inspection;
- Distributing warrantable deficiency lists to contractors and ensure completion in accordance with Tarion guidelines;
- Distribution of various reports to management;
- Coordinate duties of handyperson and maintain their suite repair checklists;
- Completing pre-occupancy turnover checklist - i.e. schedule final cleaning, testing of keys, etc.;
- Assist with preparing occupancy notices for distribution;
- Assist with the preparation of closing packages;
- Administration duties including maintaining and updating files;
- Schedule service appointments with homeowners;
- Review all 40 day, Mid Year and Year End forms by cross referencing PDI item codes;
- Oversee the completion of first and second year technical performance audits;
- Schedule contractors to rectify warrantable items for in-suite and common elements identified in the technical performance audit;
- Assist with the turnover from Declarant to Condo Corporation;
- Review emergency items within suites and prepare for action;
- Investigate/Address Purchaser concerns; and
- Other duties as required.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**

**Education**

Graduation from post-secondary degree or diploma in related field.

**Experience**

+/- 2 Years Customer Service Experience within the GTA high-rise residential industry.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines
- Computer skills with strong working knowledge of Excel and other management software
- Great communication skills both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task is a MUST

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
