Description

Join BBA’s Information Technology (IT) team and actively provide exceptional IT support to users by responding to Level 1 and 2 requests. You’ll need your sense of responsibility, rigour and ability to work with your colleagues every day. This position is assigned to the Montréal office (hybrid work mode).

An overview of your future role at BBA

Provide technical support to users by diagnosing hardware and software failures and issues and taking appropriate actions to resolve them.
Analyze problems to identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
Perform updates, install and configure workstations and software.
Maintain relationships with other groups in the IT department to optimize ongoing operations.
Participate in various projects as a client representative.
Plan and monitor tasks for your work.
Help develop and maintain usage, material allocation and security policies.
Ensure that methodological standards are followed and maintain up-to-date and adequate process and incident documentation according to the established procedure.

Overview of certifications and job requirements

DVS in IT Support
At least one year of relevant experience
Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office 365
Good knowledge of computer equipment maintenance
Available to work shifts that may vary somewhat
Fluent in both English and French (spoken and written)

**Asset**: experience working in a virtual environment (Citrix)
