Inside Sales Coordinator
- Bilingual

As an inside sales coordinator-bilingual, you will be the driving force behind our client engagement and sales support efforts. You'll be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of our products and services to clients, all while providing exceptional customer service and support.

We practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions at our head office, in beautiful Vancouver, BC, for strategic, collaborative and social purposes.

What you’ll do:

- Qualify inbound leads, assess client needs, and recommend suitable solutions to meet their business requirements
- Accurately and efficiently process incoming orders, coordinate product sourcing, and ensure timely delivery
- Facilitate credit requests and track pending submissions, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely updates and resolutions with professionalism and expertise

What we’re looking for:

- 2-3 years of account administration experience, preferably in retail or B2B
- Fluent in both English and French
- Ability to navigate and utilize various internal systems and software platforms
- Genuine enthusiasm for customer engagement and satisfaction.
