L'Analyste Immobilisations et projets est responsable de la gestion des actifs fixes au sein des unités d'affaires. Il analyse les investissements en immobilisations, évalue leur rentabilité et supervise leur amortissement.

Ce rôle implique également la coordination avec les équipes de projet pour s'assurer que les budgets sont respectés. L'analyste immobilisations et projets fournit des rapports réguliers sur l'état des immobilisations et recommande des améliorations. Enfin, il joue un rôle clé dans la conformité réglementaire et les audits financiers.

**En quoi consiste ce rôle**:

- Concilie mensuellement l’auxiliaire des immobilisations avec le grand livre, calcule les crédits d’impôt à l’investissement des usines du Québec et de l’est de Canda, et applique les normes comptables IFRS.
- Analyse les éléments de capitalisation et les catégories d’actifs lors d’ouverture de projet.
- Développe et met à jour des rapports BI (Business Intelligent) pour l’analyse des projets OPEX et CAPEX pour les divers départements ainsi que pour la haute direction selon les besoins.
- Participe à la préparation des budgets annuels ainsi qu’aux révisions budgétaires pour la capitalisation et le calcul de la charge d’amortissement.
- Prépare l’information liée aux immobilisations pour les besoins fiscaux.
- Participe à la conversion des actifs pour les nouvelles acquisitions / intégrations.

**Ce qu'il te faut pour joindre notre équipe**:

- Baccalauréat en comptabilité;
- Être membre en règle de l’Ordre des CPA ou en voie d’obtention;
- Minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente;
- Très bonne connaissance de SAP (S/4HANA) particulièrement des modules de gestion des immobilisations et projets;
- La connaissance d’Oracle est un atout;
- Très bonne connaissance des logiciels informatiques, dont Excel Avancé;
- Bilinguisme oral et écrit (Anglais et Français) - Communications fréquentes avec des partenaires, clients et/ou employés à l’extérieur du Québec.
