Job Description
  • Reporting Structure: This position reports directly to the Manager- IT Projects & HCM System.

The ideal candidate will hold overall production support for the HCM system and relevant reporting systems across the organization, working closely with the HR and Payroll teams. Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day system administration, production support, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Testing: Prepare, lead, and perform technical testing on quarterly system updates.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the first line of subject matter expertise for the HCM system and technical processes.
  • Security Operations: Assure compliance with security models and administer day-to-day security operations.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and find solutions to functional and technical issues with the system and reports.
  • Documentation: Manage and maintain technical documentation for processes, configuration, and reporting.
  • Customizations: Create and maintain customizations using VBCS and Oracle customization tools.
  • Integrations: Support, create, and maintain integrations into various supporting systems using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP APIs.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HCM administration, ERP, or similar system administration, preferably in the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. A post-secondary education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is required. Familiarity with SQL and query design, exceptional task management and prioritization, understanding of configuration and enterprise system management, and ability to create and update technical documentation and/or end-user training materials are essential skills.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HCM administration, ERP, or similar system administration.
  • Education: Post-secondary education, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with SQL and query design.
  • Skills: Exceptional task management and prioritization, understanding of configuration and enterprise system management, and ability to create and update technical documentation and/or end-user training materials.

A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered to the successful candidate.
