**What’s the ask?**

**What you will achieve (key responsibilities)**:

- Entering all key information for new hires, terminations, and any other personnel changes within ADP
- Updating benefits and pension provider portals based on personnel changes
- Responding to payroll inquiries as needed
- Extracting employee expense reports from AP system to enter in ADP
- Checking timecard exceptions in ADP prior to pay runs
- Supporting Payroll Manager with ad hoc tasks or projects
- Previewing payroll prior to pay runs and downloading applicable reports
- Preparing gross pay comparison analyses with explanations of changes
- Preparing severance listing monthly

**What does it take?**
- College diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1-year experience in full cycle payroll processing, all provinces are an asset
- Payroll software knowledge; experience with ADP an asset.
- NPI designation or working towards a designation
- Group benefits administration experience an asset
- Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills
- The capability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, specifically, must be well versed in Excel
- A high level of accuracy, and the ability to manage confidential information are critical qualities
