We have a fantastic career opportunity at **Woodbridge Animal Hospital** We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Client Service Representative** (CSR) for a full-time position at our hospital. **Woodbridge Animal Hospital** is a full-service hospital that offers regular preventative veterinary care as well as routine surgeries and advanced diagnostics. This is a perfect opportunity to work in a challenging yet supportive environment where learning and development opportunities are endless.

**Responsibilities**:
**Client Service Representative**
- Provide excellent customer care
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Prepare invoices and handle payments
- Maintain and update client records using Avimark software
- Perform administrative duties
- Maintain hospital cleanliness

**Job Requirements**:

- Be a people person with proven client service skills
- Have experience and/or a strong interest companion animal care
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Have great attention to detail
- Be comfortable handling animals
- Be an excellent team player
- Have prior knowledge or the ability to work with Avimark software and learn medical terminology
- Be comfortable working under pressure, while keeping calm
- Have a good sense of judgment
- Be proactive and take initiatives to work effectively without supervision
- Be able to prioritize your workload
- Be flexible to work evenings/weekends
- Able to lift 50 pounds

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
