The primary role of the **Bilingual Task Manager **is the setup, maintenance and management of Group Benefits plan structures across claims, billing & administration systems, as well as the Plan Administrator and Plan Member Group Benefits website.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and set up new client implementations and amendments for Alpha and Signature clients.
- Translate contractual language for plan sponsor contracts and member booklets.
- Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and provide same-day coding for rushes to ensure service excellence.
- Respond to queries and concerns from internal teams related to plan implementation, amendments, or ongoing administration.
- Identify and drive documentation and process improvements using Lean methodology.
- Use group benefits experience to determine that the proposed structure can be accommodated on the various admin systems.
- Assemble and verify contract and booklet wording through the publishing system software tools and verify overrides for special contractual wording to ensure Plan Sponsor documents are accurate and completed for both new issues and amendments.
- Promote teamwork and provide question support to peers.
- Responsible for reviewing reports to ensure all changes have been fed accurately.
- Special notes may be required in certain situations, where details cannot be adequately displayed in systems field values.
- When necessary, request and/or create custom dental/health packages and benefit codes.

**What we are looking for**
- **Bilingual (French & English) is required**:

- In depth knowledge of Group Benefits system and processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of the needs of plan sponsors, advisors, members, RGOs and other operational departments
- In depth understanding of organizational workflow and downstream impacts to other areas
- Knowledge of legal contract language and what we can and cannot write in a contract or member booklet is an asset
- Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Flexible, creative and responsive to customer needs
- Respond to challenges and opportunities in a positive and productive manner
- Attention to detail
