**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, Monday to Friday, 8 hour shifts.

**What you will do**:
The Supervisor, Clinical Support Services, will provide support to both EVS and Transportation staff members of the Patient Support Services Team.

The Supervisor, Clinical Support Services will provide oversight in the delivery of safe, timely transportation service throughout the campus, the supervisor will work in partnership with the training coordinator, safety office and other stakeholders to ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently and without error. The supervisor will be an open communicator who follows up on service requests in a timely manner and who provides realistic timelines when communicating with our clients, setting clear, obtainable objectives for our staff. The supervisor will help to complete audits designed to impart safe work practices, aligned with efficiency and customer service in an open and transparent manner with staff, incorporating metrics to help provide precise feedback. The supervisor will balance compassion with accountability, setting a standard of excellence in which we can continue to deliver world class care to patients in our community.

**What you will bring**:

- Diploma or degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Hospitality Management OR a certified member of the Ontario Health-Care Housekeepers' Association (OHHA),
- Canadian Administrative Housekeepers' Association (CAHA), or other related Housekeeping Management programs;
- Two (2) years supervisory experience;
- Knowledge of procedures for operating Housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques in an institutional setting;
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Microsoft Outlook;
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
