We currently have an opening in our Group Benefits department for a:
**Bilingual Service Representative (Group/Employee Benefits)**

**What can you expect?**

The Service Representative is responsible for providing support to the Sales Representatives in our Group Benefits Division. The objective is to support and assist the Sales Representatives with business development and retention through maintaining relationships, responding to inquiries and managing issues.

**We will count on you to**:

- Provide service support for a team of Sales Representatives
- Responds to advisor inquiries including but not limited to questions on quotations, plan amendments, underwriting guidelines, new business requirements, commissions, contracting/licensing and website inquiries.
- Foster and maintain productive relationships with plan advisors.
- Research answers to complex inquiries and/or claims issues.
- Manage client and/or broker issues proactively.
- Provide assistance to Sales Representatives with escalated claims issues.
- Provide general support duties as required.

**What you need to have**:

- Bilingualism in French and English is **mandatory**.
- 1 to 3 years of employee benefits knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft 365: Outlook, Word, Excel
- Must possess exceptional communication and analytical skills, multitasking abilities, as well as problem solving, decision making and organizational skills.
- Must be a strong team player.

**What makes you stand out**:

- Experience in the Group insurance industry
- Life license or GBA designation
- Secondary education in insurance or business administration is preferable.
