Student Outcomes Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Student Outcomes Manager to drive and manage the career success of our bootcamp students. Your mission is to create a robust pipeline of industry partners who have intern or full time roles to fill and facilitate meaningful connections between our students, graduates, and the professional world within the industries we teach. You will be responsible for owning the career outcomes rate and generating a consistent pipeline of partners to support our students' career journeys.
- This position will be based in our Calgary office (Beltline 11th Ave S.W.) with a fully _**_in-office_**_ working model._
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Business Development & Employer Outreach**
- Grow active partnerships by meeting or exceeding the target number of partners set quarterly for each of our bootcamps
- Implement a systematic, process-driven approach to maximize partner outreach and relationship management.
- Align partnerships with educational objectives to integrate classroom learning with professional opportunities.
- Own and improve outcomes rates by tracking key metrics such as job placement, time to employment, and interview rates, with the goal of 50% employed 90 days post-course and 100% employed 180 days post course
**Outcomes & Engagement Events**
- Manage a pipeline of students and graduates, monitoring their progress and facilitating their industry entry.
- Guide Career Coaches to align strategies with student career needs and industry trends.
- Develop experiential learning opportunities, networking strategies, and tailored programs to enhance employability.
- Plan and execute student-centric events, including panels, company presentations, and Pitch Day.
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics on weekly basis related to student outcomes and recruitment to refine strategies.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
**Education**
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
**Experience**
- Years of Experience: At least 5 years of experience in career services, recruitment, business development, or similar roles.
- Business Development: Proven track record in business development, bonus if it's within the education sector, demonstrating successful partnerships and program implementation.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the tech industry is desirable, including knowledge of career paths, job market trends, and professional networks.

- Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with students, graduates, and industry partners.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Event and Project Management: Excellent skills in planning, organizing, and executing events and managing projects from inception to completion
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering presentations and engaging with diverse audiences
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using data management and CRM systems to track and analyze key metrics related to student outcomes. Comfortable with digital tools and platforms used in education and career services, including familiarity with the technology industry
