**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly.
- Train, mentor, and manage front desk staff to maintain high standards of service.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs smoothly while maintaining accurate records.
- Manage phone systems effectively, ensuring proper phone etiquette is practiced at all times.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures while promoting a positive work environment.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to provide accurate information to guests.
**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Proficiency in phone systems and front desk operations.
- Cree
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage not a must
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
