**Temporary position with the possibility of permanent employment**

Your role will include greeting visitors, providing support to work teams and ensuring logístical coordination of the various facilities. You’ll also serve as a liaison between head office and the Montréal office. Additionally, depending on your workload, you may be asked to perform various secretarial tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet visitors.
- Take and screen calls.
- Keep the visitor logbook up to date.
- Receive and send letters and packages (regular and courier).
- Receive packages from suppliers and carriers and forward them to their recipients.
- Receive personnel requests and, where necessary, refer them to the appropriate resource.
- Organize internal meetings.
- Perform other clerical duties.

**Requirements**:
