We are seeking to fill a Human Resource Business Partner position. This HR Business Partner compassionately leads and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/ employment, HRIS management/reporting, employment law compliance and onboarding now locations. This position requires an extremely perceptive person who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization. The HRBP must be sensitive to the facility needs, employee goodwill and business needs.

**Experience/ Education**:

- A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience or a Master's Degree and 3 years of experience or 7 years of experience
- CPHR Certified Professional highly preferred
