**Location**: 124 2nd Ave N, Saskatoon, SK (2nd Floor)

**Schedule**:Monday Classes (Evenings)

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conducting Ballet Classes**: Plan and deliver engaging ballet lessons, focusing on the technique in alignment with the RAD grades as well as non syllabus training and ensuring students’ growth in technique and artistry.
**- Incorporating Strength Training**:Integrate complementary strength training programs into your teaching to help students improve their physical conditioning and overall performance.
**- Providing Constructive Feedback**: Offer detailed feedback to students to help them refine their skills and progress in their dance journey.
**- Ensuring a Safe Learning Environment**: Emphasize proper warm-ups, cool-downs, and adherence to safety protocols to prevent injuries.
**- Maintaining Communication**: Keep open lines of communication with students, parents, and studio staff regarding schedules, progress, and any changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Expertise in Ballet**: Proficiency in ballet with a strong understanding of the technique. A familiarity with the RAD syllabus is an asset.
**- Teaching Experience**: Prior experience as a ballet instructor, with a willingness to work in collaboration with our lead ballet teacher in preparing students for competitions and exams.
**- Knowledge of Strength Training**: Familiarity with strength training programs that complement ballet training.
**- Adaptability**:Ability to tailor your teaching style to meet the diverse needs and skill levels of your students.
**- Professionalism**: Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism in all interactions with students, parents, and studio staff.

**Expected Hours**: 1 - 5 per week

**Work Location**: In person, 124 2nd Ave N, Saskatoon, SK S7K 2B2: must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
