We believe in creating a safe, fun, and empowering environment for young dancers to develop their skills and grow in confidence. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated ballet lover to join us as a **Ballet Teacher in Training** and begin their journey toward leading their own classes.

**Position: Ballet Teacher in Training (with Co-Teaching & Sub Opportunities)**
**Location**: 124 2nd Ave N, Saskatoon, SK (2nd Floor)
**Schedule**: Monday evenings (with potential to substitute for other classes)

**Responsibilities**:

- **Train Through Co-Teaching Ballet Classes**: Work alongside our lead ballet instructor to learn the fundamentals of teaching, focusing on the RAD syllabus and non-syllabus training. You’ll be helping students develop strong ballet technique, while preparing for your future as a lead teacher.
- **Support Dancer Development**: As you learn, you’ll provide feedback and guidance to our young dancers, helping them grow their skills and confidence in class.
- **Prepare for Your Own Classes**: As you progress in the program, you’ll gradually take on more responsibility, eventually leading to teaching your own ballet classes and potentially other dance styles.
- **Substitute Teaching Opportunities**: While training, you’ll also have the chance to substitute for other teachers in different age groups and styles, expanding your skillset.

**Qualifications**:

- **Passion for Ballet & Teaching**: You love ballet and have a strong desire to teach and inspire young dancers. You’re eager to grow into your own teaching role.
- **Willingness to Learn**: You’re excited to train with an experienced teacher and ready to work hard to develop your teaching skills.
- **Long-Term Commitment**: This is a growth position, designed to help you gain experience and eventually lead your own classes at Epic Dance Complex.
