- Human Resources Analyst

A typical workday

As a key part of our Governance and HRIS team, you will have the opportunity to manage administrative and technical aspects, including data analysis, related to human resources:
Analyze data related to HR indicators by leveraging Workday and other reporting systems

Produce and maintain custom reports, dashboards and analytics (weekly and ad hoc)

Prepare and provide training on reporting and dashboards, customized to various audiences

Perform system audits to ensure data quality

Maintain up-to-date employee records through data entry

Respond to employee requests and questions related to our HR information systems

Provide recommendations on data governance

Participate in the development, improvement and documentation of our processes

Collaborate on other initiatives, as required

What you need to succeed

1 to 3 years of relevant experience in human resources data analysis

Experience with an HR management system (Workday an asset)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Bilingualism in written and spoken English and French

Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative

Excellent organizational skills

Une journée de travail typique

En tant que membre clé de notre équipe Gouvernance et SIRH, vous aurez l'occasion de gérer les aspects administratifs et techniques, y compris l'analyse des données, liés aux ressources humaines:
Analyser les données liées aux indicateurs RH en s'appuyant sur Workday et d'autres systèmes connexes.

Produire et maintenir des rapports sur mesure, des tableaux de bord et des analyses (hebdomadaires et ad hoc).

Préparer et fournir des formations sur les rapports et les tableaux de bord, adaptées à divers publics.

Effectuer des vérifications du système pour assurer la qualité des données.

Maintenir à jour les dossiers employés par la saisie de données.

Répondre aux demandes et aux questions des employés relatives à nos systèmes d'information RH.

Fournir des recommandations sur la gouvernance des données.

Participer au développement, à l'amélioration et à la documentation de nos processus.

Collaborer à d'autres initiatives, selon les besoins.

Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir

1 à 3 ans d'expérience pertinente en analyse de données sur les ressources humaines

Expérience avec un système de gestion des RH (Workday un atout)

Connaissance avancée de Microsoft Excel

Bilinguisme en anglais et en français écrit et parlé.

Faire preuve de flexibilité, de collaboration et d'initiative

Excellent sens de l'organisation
