Project Specialist, Business Service Delivery

: In accordance with established policies, procedures and guidelines, provides the coordination and support of Pre-and Post-Sale Opportunities, concentrating on those involving 3rd Party Carriers in order to meet stakeholder requirements and project deliverables in the Business Service Delivery team. Project deliverables include (but are not limited to) quotes, inquiries, implementation and service delivery of Data Networking, Voice, Wi-Fi solutions for Commercial/Business Enterprise & Wholesale customers and associated reporting of these deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in updating and tracking quote pricing, response timelines, and offer expiration dates
- Interface with Sales and Procurement business units to provide status updates, escalation requests and identify any issues or risks ongoing
- Track and manage implementation requests to 3rd Party Carriers in order to build and maintain customer relationships with off-network delivery partners.
- Lead and guide high level design walkthroughs with customers and other key stakeholders.
- Provide order update information directly to project stakeholders in order to manage ongoing status updates and target deliveries with individual CCX customers.
- Provide analysis regarding quoted vs. implemented pricing, timelines, etc and other reporting as required.
- Interface with vendors and Warehouse resources to order, track and manage material shipments for projects, where applicable
- Responsible to make sure implementation and maintenance work flow processes are followed according to standards and provide input for improvement.
- Manage work orders required by other departments to facilitate project work
- Project budget analysis to identify budget issues and recommend solutions

- To support Cogeco’s ultimate goal of providing excellent service to current and potential customers, the incumbent must be constantly attentive and responsive to both external and internal customers’ needs and assist in the resolution of any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner while ensuring that the solution meets the customer’s Spares management, maintenance support renewal and RMA processes.
- Assist on the preparation of work orders, coordinate capacity upgrades with other groups, coordinate upgrade configurations, implementation and manage all aspects of after sales and support for commercial business.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

ACADEMIC TRAINING
- College Diploma or combination of equivalent education and experience.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 +years coordination experience in technical environment and some knowledge of Ethernet, IP, Internetworking (Cisco), Wide Area Networking, cable modems, SIP/PRI, HPBX, Wi-Fi etc.
- 2+ years experience in preparing business cases and/or pricing models.
- 2+ years exposure to Procurement or Customer facing business units required

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Love of data analytics and problem solving
- Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Business and operational knowledge of broadband technologies (High Speed Data, Internet, VoIP, Wi-Fi).
- Ability to establish good working relationships with others.
- Experienced in effectively coordinating and executing multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently while working with conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and resolving problems independently.
- Experience using Google Workspace, LucidChart, Jira, and Confluence beneficial
